In 1996, Nicola Cotton and her husband David Cotton opened their first joint venture Cotton Tails (Northfield) bringing in the family name to the company. With the continued success they opened their third nursery in 2001 Cotton Tails Too (Rubery) and finally they opened the latest acquisition; Cotton Tails at Hagley in 2016.

Her vision as a business women and a mother of 4 has always been to provide the standard of childcare She had expected for her own children. This offers a balance between a stimulating learning environment with a homely feel. Working closely with families and the community to build partnerships.
